Quarterly Executive Director Update:
Dear Friends and Supporters,
As we move through this quarter, I’m excited to share the progress and impact we continue to make through The Luken T. Boyle Campaign for Kindness. Our mission to spread kindness and create positive change remains at the heart of everything we do.
School Outreach & Speaking Engagements
Over the past month, I had the privilege of speaking at Sidney High School and Larchmont, where I connected with students and shared our message of kindness and inclusion. I was scheduled to visit Monroe and Grove Patterson, but unfortunately, due to school closures, we had to reschedule. I am working to get those dates back on the calendar soon. Looking ahead, I am excited to return to Larchmont and to speak at Longfellow twice in the next couple of weeks. These school visits continue to be a powerful way to inspire students and reinforce the importance of kindness in their daily lives.
Exciting Partnership with BEES AAU Basketball Organization
We have a potential opportunity to partner with BEES, an AAU basketball organization, as the beneficiary of their annual All-Star tournament on March 17. While details are still being finalized, we anticipate receiving a portion of the door sales from the event. I am working to connect with their director to gather more details, and I will provide updates as we learn more. This could be a great way to expand our reach and further support our initiatives!
Grove Patterson Kindness Room Update
One of our ongoing projects has been working with Grove Patterson to get their kindness room up and running. Due to school closures within TPS, progress has been delayed, but I am hopeful that we will be able to finalize everything in the next week or two. This space will be an important resource for students, and I appreciate everyone’s patience and support as we navigate these challenges.
Continued Growth & Networking
In addition to our school visits, my mom and I have made several trips to Sidney to help establish kindness initiatives in two schools there. I continue to build relationships and network with others who share our vision, ensuring that our message of kindness reaches even more communities.
Thank you all for your continued support and dedication to The Luken T. Boyle Campaign for Kindness. Your belief in our mission makes all of this possible. If you know of any schools, organizations, or individuals who would like to get involved, please reach out—we would love to grow this movement together!
With gratitude,
