In Loving Memory
Luken T. Boyle
Luken was taken from us suddenly, on July 31, 2017. To know him was to love him because he loved everyone. Luken would find the lonely person in the room and befriend them. He had an amazingly kind heart and was thankful for simple things.
Luken is survived by his mother, Samantha Boyle; brother, Leyton; and sister, Avery; grandparents, Mike and Teresa Boyle; Uncle Bill Boyle (Jude); cousin, Rachel Garza; great-grandpa, Bill Boyle; numerous Boyle and Vogl aunts, uncles, and cousins; as well as Grandpa Maynard Marsh and the entire Homer family. He was predeceased by Uncle Tim Boyle; cousin, Christofer Jutkowski; and Grandma Darlene.
Luken was the third generation to attend Blessed Sacrament School. He played football, basketball, baseball, was an altar boy, was in the choir and was involved in many other school related activities. He loved to fish anywhere he could and catch frogs on his grandparents’ property. He enjoyed being with his neighborhood friends and riding bikes. He was so excited about attending Central Catholic High School and playing for the golf team.
Words cannot express the pain and heartache brought on by one impulsive decision as a result of cyber bullying. Luken will be remembered as the amazing, gentle, soul he was and not by how he left us. Donations may be made to the “Luken T. Boyle Campaign for Kindness”, 7303 Salisbury Road, Maumee, OH 43537.
